Alice (Davila) Rosselli Obituary

Alice Davila Rosselli, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, left for heaven, April 22, 2024.  She was born April 6, 1935 to her beloved parents Joe and Elvira Davila, in San Antonio, Texas. 

She became the bride of Ronnie Albert Rosselli, July 7, 1956 while Ronnie was stationed in San Antonio serving in the US Air Force.  They moved back to Terre Haute where Ronnie was from, and had four sons, Bruce, (Cheryl) Rex, Johnny (Amy) and Jeff. 

Alice worked for Merchants National Bank, 12 points branch, in the accounting and booking department, and worked many years for Dr. Jerry Rosselli, DDS, as a receptionist.  She was a Den Mother while all her sons participated in Cub Scouts, and was part of a Bunco Club for over 35 years with neighbors and lifelong friends.  She volunteered at Union Hospital’s Hux Center and in the gift shop.

Alice was an active member of Northside Community United Church, and the Daughters of the Nile Badoura Temple #23.  She was a past member of the South Vermillion Country Club, the Western Rider’s club.

She was proceeded in death by her husband, Ronnie.  She is survived by her four sons, eight grandchildren; Shaun Rosselli, (Meghan) Shannon Gladden, (Justin) John C. Rosselli, (Samantha) Danielle Anderson (Tim) Paige Rosselli, Kelsey Rosselli, Cole Rosselli (Sarah) and Tony Rosselli.

Nine Great Grandchildren; Grayson, Christian, Sebastian, Ripken, Gia, Louis, Williamina, Lottie, and Reese.

Visitation will be Tuesday April 30, 2024 from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47804. Services are 1:00 p.m. following visitation at the Funeral Home (the Badoura Temple #23 will perform ceremony) with Gary Blackburn officiating the eulogy.

Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Bruce, Rex, Johnny, Jeff, John C., Cole, Tony.
