Addilynn Elizabeth Fields, 1, passed away on Monday April 8, 2019. She was born October 17, 2017 in Indianapolis, Indiana to James Allen Fields and Sara Elizabeth Gregory Fields. Addilynn was a very happy little girl. She loved watching music videos with her daddy especially baby shark. Addilynn loved spending time with her brothers playing in their room. She loved watching mommy cook and playing in the kitchen cabinets. She always had a smile on her face. Addilynn is survived by her parents, her two brothers, Aiden and Tristen Fields, and several other extended family members. Services for Addilynn will be Monday April 15, 2019 at 7 pm in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804. Visitation will be 5 pm until service time on Monday at the funeral home. Michael Todd will officiate. Online condolences can be made at www.greinerfuneralhome.com
