Helen Galbraith, 97, of Terre Haute and formerly of Seelyville went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 1, 2018, at Union Hospital. She was born in New Mexico on October 9th, 1920 to Effie and Denver Blaine. She was a member of Higher Ground Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; Effie and Denver Blaine, husband; Art Galbraith, two daughters; Saundra Smith and Sharon Gillum, sister; Ila Cummings, brothers; Don, Herbert, James, Harlan, and Delbert Blaine, granddaughter; Amber Marks, nephew; Jay Camp, and a host of other relatives. She is survived by her granddaughters; Cathy Wrightsman and Jami (Wrightsman) Grage of Florida, grandsons; Scott Wrightsman (Cheryl) and Rob Gillum, son-in-law; Raymond Gillum, nieces; Marsha, Becky, Brenda, Debbie, Patty, Karen, nephews; Sam, Jim, Harlan JR, and Herbie, great grandchildren; John, Heather, Misty, Ray, Saundra, Charlie, Robert, Whitney, Briana, Dylan, Shawn, and Jessica, great great grandchildren; Ariel, Serena, Clayton, Zoe, Elijah, Isaiah, Elias, and Nora along with close friends. Graveside service will be held
Tuesday, January 9th at 2pm at Cottage Hill Cemetery, 2340 IN-340, Brazil, IN 47834. Food and fellowship will be following the service at Times of Refreshing International Ministries, 1610 N 25th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47804.
