Loveta Mae “Granny” Burger, 92, of Terre Haute passed away May 19, 2019 at 4:30 a.m. in Meadows Manor North. She was born January 20, 1927 in Cooper, Texas to Tom Hays and Helon M McMillon Hays. She retired from CBS. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Brazil. She was the mother of 5 children. She lived a happy and blessed life. Her family was her joy. She is preceded in death by her parents, and a son, Forest Langley. She is survived by her children, Helen Marie Vencel of Terre Haute, Linda Hayes (David) of Rosedale, Raymond Burger of Danville, Indiana, and Chester Burger Jr. (Kelly) of Terre Haute, brother, Kenneth Hays of Ohio, and sister, Lena Whistler of Brazil, 16 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren.
