Margy Godfrey Obituary

Margy Jane Godfrey, 89, of Terre Haute, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at the Cobblestone Crossing Health Campus in Terre Haute. She was born in Fairbanks, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents William Madison and Nina Rose Godfrey and a brother Donn Godgrey. She is survived by a brother Dick Godfrey of Terre Haute and a sister Melodye (Dee Dee) Hall Draffen of Plainfield, Indiana. Margy was a graduate of Indiana State University and was an entrepreneur, owning and operating several businesses in Terre Haute and Floriday. She was an avid music lover and played several instruments including the piano, trumpet and accordion. The family would like to extend gratitude to all the staff of Cobblestone Crossing for their loving car. Greiner Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements.
