Michael Andrew Pick Wendland

Michael Andrew Pick Wendland, 34, of Terre Haute, passed away Saturday August 10, 2019 in his residence. Michael was born April 3, 1985 in Taft Texas to Michael Pick and Lea Ann Wendland. Michael was the owner of Fine Finish Painting. He was an avid body builder and very much into physical fitness. He enjoyed camping and was an artist who loved to draw and build things. He was a very positive person, and will be remembered for loving everyone and was always there to help anyone in need. Michael is survived by his son, Corbin Wendland of Katy Texas, his parents, Lea Ann Wendland of Denham Springs, LA and Mike Pick and his wife Phyllis of Terre Haute. He is survived by one brother Daniel Pick of Terre Haute. Two sisters survive, Tesla Belanger of Houston, TX and Heather Bucklew of Terre Haute. He is survived by his maternal grandparents, William Wendland and his wife Barbara of Austin Texas and Dolores Duff and her husband Charles of Trinity, TX. His paternal grandparents, John and Laverne Pick of Terre Haute.  He is survived by aunts and uncles; Cheryl Hancock, Mark Wendland, Kelly Berkowitz, Diane Pick, David Pick and Jeff Pick as well as nieces, nephews and cousins. Services are Friday August 16th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Washington Ave. Gospel Tabernacle Apostolic Church, 2900 Washington Ave., Terre Haute, IN 47803. Visitation will on Thursday August 15th, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the church and from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the Church. Pastor Kevin Benton and Pastor Michael Seals will be officiating, burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street was entrusted with arrangements.
