Nancy Jo (Wright) Kellett

Nancy Kellett passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018 surrounded by family members. She was a devoted mom, an avid gardener and outstanding baker who loved to make cakes and candies for the Christmas holiday. She leaves behind two sons, Jeffrey and Tom (Lynn) Kellett, nephew Mike Crowley, nieces Beth (Bob) Keifner, and Susan K (Kathy) Hills, as well as several other nieces and nephews, friends from her neighborhood and her Sarah Scott family, where she worked in the cafeteria from 1984 until last year. Nancy worked at Wheaton Glass/American Can and CBS in the record pressroom, for many years in the early 1960’s into the late 1970’s, before going to work for the Vigo County School Corporation. Graveside services are scheduled for Monday, August 20, 2018 in the Highland Lawn Cemetery Chapel at 3:30 pm. Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street was entrusted with arrangements. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to either the local soup kitchen, Terre Haute Humane Shelter, or the American Cancer Society.
