William Eugene Biggs “Bill”,75, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away May 8, 2018. He was born July 11, 1942 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Edward Eugene Biggs and Blanche Lenora (Cruse) Biggs. Bill served in the United States Marines. He worked for the United States Post Office, and also held a management position with Speedway. He is survived by his lifetime partner Melba Biggs; sister Lenora Lea Keller (Steve);brothers Ed Biggs (Dorothy), Ron Biggs (Joyce), Donald Biggs (Darlene);children DeDe Maynor, Patty West, and Billy Biggs. Bill was preceded in death by his parents. Cremation has been chosen, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
