William "Bill" Arthur Hamilton

William Arthur Hamilton “Bill”, 74, of Brazil, Indiana, passed away January 28, 2018.  He was born August 10, 1943 in Brazil, Indiana to Charles Hamilton and Myrtle (Elwell) Hamilton.  He worked as a truck driver.  He was a member of American Legion #58 and Eagles.  Bill was not a materialistic man.  Family was very important and he always made sure they were taken care of.  He loved his grandchildren.  It is believed that if there were a Horse Pull in Heaven, that he is there watching.  Bill is survived by his children Brian Hamilton, Wendy Phillips (Gary), and William Hamilton Jr. “Billy”; grandchildren Brent “Cole” Cooley, Blake Phillips, triplet granddaughters Sara, Tiffany, Katelynn Phillips. Katie Hamilton, and Luke Hamilton; former wife Kathy Bilyou Hamilton; siblings Tom Hamilton (Susan), Rex Hamilton, and Beth Rogers; and sister-in-laws Phyllis Hamilton and Rose Hamilton; and several nieces and nephews.   He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Larry Hamilton (Wanda), John Hamilton Lester Hamilton, and Duane Hamilton.  In honoring his wishes, Bill will be cremated, and a celebration of life will be scheduled at a later time.  Care and arrangements have been entrusted to Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804.  Online condolences may be made at www.greinerfuneralhome.com .
