Arlene Richmond

Arlene Richmond, 69, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away with her loving family by her side on December 11, 2025.  She was born in Holly Springs, Mississippi, on September 2, 1956.  Arlene moved to Terre Haute, Indiana, in 1962.  She retired from GTE, now Verizon, after 32 years of service as a sales representative.  She is preceded in death by her mother Zudie Jennie Ayers; her husband Willie Lee Richmond; and many other loved ones.  Arlene is survived by her children Robert Allen Ellington Jr. “Bobby” (Marty) and  Dominique Richmond; grandchildren Bryanna Ellington, Robert Allen Ellington III “Allen”, and Daniel White; great granddaughter Luna; siblings Charlene Jackson, Johnnie Johnson, Ferguson Ayers, Matthew Ayers, and Ed Louis Stewart.  Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, December 20, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in Greiner Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery.  Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. until service time.  If friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
