Brooks Andrew Wilson

Brooks Andrew Wilson, 37, of Terre Haute, passed away Wednesday April 3, 2019, in his residence. Brooks was born August 20, 1981, in Bowling Green, Kentucky, to Ted Wilson and Lynn Reutz Wilson Brown. Brooks was a freelance artist and particularly enjoyed drawing. He loved animals and collecting action figures. Brooks is survived by his parents, Lynn Brown (Harlan) of Indianapolis and Ted Wilson (Jeff Blake) of Terre Haute. He is survived by two daughters, Caitlyn Blazwich and Alaina Blazwich, and two stepsons, Ethan Quigley Blazwich and Jordin Tatum, all of Nolanville, Texas. Brooks is also survived by one brother, Daniel Wilson (Ashley) of Terre Haute, and two aunts, Susan Yang (Johann) of Columbus, Ohio, and Dana Friedel (Dennis) of Dallas, Texas, as well as several cousins. Memorial Services will be held Saturday April 13, 2019, at 4:00 p.m. at Memorial United Methodist Church, 2701 Poplar St., Terre Haute, Indiana, and gathering of family and friends will be from 2:00 p.m. until service time at the church. The Reverend Scott Johnson will officiate. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the Terre Haute Humane Society. (Envelopes will be available at the church.)
