Cathi Susan Walker, 58, passed away January 10, 2022, in the Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care. She was born on November 26, 1963 in Terre Haute to Marvin Hooper and Sharon Hooper. Cathi graduated from Ivy Tech Community College and became an LPN. Cathi enjoyed listening to music, watching hummingbirds, and vacationing at the beach. She enjoyed gardening and had quite the green thumb. She is preceded in death by her parents, a husband Wade Walker Sr, and daughter, Dusty Walker. She is survived by her longtime partner, Greg Lore, son, Wade Walker Jr., daughter, Ashley “Walker” Surprenant (Nick), brother, Marvin “Skip” Hooper Jr (Susan), grandchildren; Tobias Winderlich, Barbie Davis, and many others. Visitation for Cathi will be held on Sunday, January 16, 2022 from 11 to 1 in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 N. 13th St., Terre Haute, IN, and 47804.
