Cynthia Wanetta Sprague, 55, of Terre Haute, passed away Sunday May 23rd in her home surrounded by her family and best friend, Michelle Lee "Sister", after a long battle with cancer. She was born November 19, 1965 in Martinsville, IN. to Bobbie Jean Walker of Dothan, AL. and Jessie Franklin Maxwell of Fayette, AL. Cynthia enjoyed spending time with her family, long walks with her husband, crafting, road trips or just playing video games. Cynthia is preceded in death by her parents, late husband Bill Thomas, sister Kathy Hughes and son Joshua Thomas. She is survived by her husband Kenneth Scott Sprague, children; Brian (Destany), Jeremy, Blake, Kenny, Amber Lynn and Billy Thomas. Sisters; Cattina Coulter (Douglas) and Carol Stevens (David), one brother, Jack Estes (Becky), grandchildren Jeremy Jr., Bentley, Zaden and Zoey, and nieces and nephews; James Eric, Heather, Phillip, Britney, Antonio, Jasmine, Micha, Aurora, William Jr., Tonya and James Eugene, and several great nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held on May 29, 2021 from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. at VFW #6574, 608 National Ave, West Terre Haute, IN 47885. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers that contributions be made to Hospice of the Wabash Valley in her honor. Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street was entrusted with arrangements.
