Dorothy Jean Gross

Dorothy Jean Gross, 81, of Terre Haute, passed away Sunday May 7, 2023 in St. Vincent Heart Center. Dorothy was born April 27, 1942 to Ervin M. Waller and Dorothy A. Waller. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church and was a Nurses Aid. She enjoyed shopping at Walmart, crafts, crocheting, coloring on her I Pad, traveling and long rides with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Michael D. Gross Sr., and her siblings; Ervin Waller, Carl Waller, Marshall Waller, Luella Smith, Mary Lewis and Melinda Smith. She is survived by children; Dorothy C. Kearschner (Bill), Rhonda Hartschen (Roy), Rebecca Pine, Wayne Kearschner, Billy Kearschner (Beverly), Kimberly Wessel (Steve), Barbara Findley (Brian), Niki Corey (Tim) and Cindy Benton (Shawn). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great great grandchild as well as many nieces and nephews. Services will be on Monday May 15, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, IN. 47804. Visitation will be on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until service time.
