Elwin Sonny Francis Vaughn

Elwin Francis Vaughn Jr passed away peacefully in Terre Haute, IN on February 4, 2020 at age 77. Elwin is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Vaughn; his son, Larry Vaughn; and his brothers, Bill and Jimmy Vaughn. He is survived by his son, Johnny Vaughn; his daughter-in-law, Kristi Vaughn; his grandchildren, Heather and Johnny Vaughn; his great grandchildren, Kyla Vaughn and Asher Culbertson; significant other, Beverly Fortune; his brothers Clifford, Arthur, and Ronnie; his sisters Norma and Ellen; brothers-in-law, Charles and Thomas Beauchman; sisters-in-law, Edna Barnett, Connie Milton, Linda Mason, Becky Darkis, and Beulah Prouse; and several nieces and nephews.

Elwin was born on July 21, 1942 to Elwin Francis Vaughn Sr and Luellen Earls. Elwin worked as a mechanic most his life and had a passion for refurbishing and racing cars in his spare time. He was always willing to help his family and friends in need. He will be remembered fondly by his family and friends.

Visitation and funeral services will be held at Greiner Funeral Home from 3 pm until 5 pm.
