Eric Joseph Bennett

Eric Joseph Bennett, 39, of Terre Haute, passed away Wednesday June 24, 2020.  He was born July 21, 1980 to Jay Bennett and Teresa Haskell in Terre Haute, Indiana.  He worked as a welder, but was a “gear-head” to the core.  He enjoyed mini trucks, loved to buy and sell cars, and collecting hot wheels.  He was known for laying frame, and taking corners on three wheels.  He loved his children and family very much. 

He is preceded in death by his brother, Tyler Jackson. 

He is survived by his father, Jay Bennett (Kelly), his mother, Teresa Jackson (Gary), and his wife of 15 years, Amanda DuBois, his children; Ashton, Nevaeh, Avery, Harper, Alex, and Nolan, brothers; Michael Bennett, Joseph Bennett, Matthew Bennett, and Canaan Jackson, sisters; Heather Plew (Shane) and Lexie Anderson, and nieces and nephews; Tucker Plew, Chase Plew, Annie Anderson, and Eoghan Jackson.

Services for Eric will be Tuesday June 30, 2020 at 1 pm in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 N 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804. Visitation will be from 11 am until service time on Tuesday.  Online condolences can be made at www.greinerfuneralhome.com
