Eugene Rewers Obituary

Eugene Francis Rewers, 71, passed away March 17, 2022 in Cobblestone Crossings Health Campus. He was born in East Chicago, Indiana to his parents Eugene Rewers and Helen Banas Rewers.
He was an educator and basketball coach in Topeka Kansas for over 30 years. He was relatable to the students and respected by the faculty. He was a good man and a superior intellect. He enjoyed reading and collecting comic books in his spare time.
He was preceded by his parents Helen and Eugene and leaves behind siblings Elena (Cliff), Barbara, Greg (Ronna), and Mark, along with numerous nieces and nephews, many great nieces and nephews, and 2 great great nephews, all of which he adored.

He lived a great life and will be missed by all!
