Evelyn Carrie Kelty Hoffman, 82, passed away June 14, 2018 in Signature Healthcare in Terre Haute, Indiana at 7:55 am. She was born February 7, 1936 to Charles and Goldie Stamper Kelty in Danville, Illinois. Evelyn loved animals, she was an avid birdwatcher as well. She enjoyed reading, especially romance and mystery novels. She like to work on crossword puzzles. Evelyn loved her family very much, she also had a fantastic sense of humor. She is preceded in death by her parents, sons; Alvin Hoffman, and Robert Pickett Jr., 2 brothers, and 4 sisters. Evelyn is survived by sons; Dennis Hoffman and his wife Dawna, Kelly Hoffman and his wife Dionisia, Tony Hoffman, Michael Hoffman, and Charles Pickett, daughters; Lori Hoffman, and Brenda Tatlock, 9 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
