Farris "Huck" Leon Lovell Jr.

Farris “Huck” Leon Lovell Jr., 60, passed away May 22, 2022 in his home.  He was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, May 1, 1962 to Farris Sr. and Billie Lou Conley Lovell.  Huck was a Veteran of the United States Air Force serving from 1980 to 1984, and the Air Guard Reserves from 1984 to 1990.  He worked for Sony for 18 years. He retired from the maintenance department at Union Hospital.  He enjoyed playing guitar and singing in the band Cheyenne. He loved to go on family vacations. He enjoyed woodworking and running, “Huck’s Custom Logs”.

He is preceded in death by his father in 2001, and sister, Linda Lovell in 1965.

He is survived by his wife Brenda Kay Lovell, his mother, children; Amy Fagin, Jeremy Lovell (Kara), and Ashley Brown (Dustin), bonus children; Heidi Little (Tom), Terri Squires (Jim), Shawntae Brewer (Jim), and Kenny Sampson (Brittney), 14 grandkids, 6 great grandkids, and 2 grand dogs, also surviving is Don Lovell (Tanna) and Ralph Lovell, as well several nieces and nephews.

Cremation was chosen with a celebration of life scheduled June 11, 2022 at 1 pm in the Rosedale Legion. Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 N. 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804 was entrusted with care and arrangements.
