Frank Edward Suggs Jr.

Frank Edward Suggs Jr of Long Beach California, and formerly of Terre Haute died November 24, 2024. Frankie was born April 5, 1973 to Patricia Neely & Frank Suggs Sr. Frankie had a zest for life. He loved the outdoors, he was an outstanding fisherman and took pride in sharing that love with others. He loved western movies, cowboy boots, and listening to good music. He was the life of any party, with an infectious laugh and unforgettable smile. While school didn’t necessarily come easy to him when he was younger, he always wanted to learn more and encouraged his kids to never give up on education. In his 40’s after a lot of hard work he received his GED, proudly crossing the stage and receiving his diploma. Survivors include: his mother & stepfather Patricia & Travis Neely, stepmother Karen Davis, his ex-wife and mother of two of his children Julie Dunbar, his children: Morganne Grubb, ZaShawn Suggs, Austin Copp, Monet Richardson, Aslyn Horste, Alexis Stephens, Destiny Ogden, & ZaMorra Suggs; Grandkids Jamison Breeden, Royal Grubb,  Avian Copp &  Melani Lowery; siblings Anthony Suggs (Krystal), Danielle Neely, Dominique Neely, LaToya Neely, Isaac Suggs, Kyle Suggs, Wyletha Neely-Register, Tarlesha Neely-Hughes (Willie), Shenel Rogers, Tia Rogers, Heather Rogers, and Lori Rhodes, close family James Brown, and a host aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

He was preceded in death by his father Frank Suggs Sr, and his grandparents William Suggs, George Ella Bell and James H Bell Sr, & Ethel Mallory, Daisy Bell Neely & Henry Neely Jr.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, December 21, 2024 at Noon.  Visitation will be from 10:00a.m. until service time.
