Franklin Delano Roosevelt Jones, Sr., 74, passed away in Union Hospital on January, 13, 2021.  He was born February 10, 1946. He served 2 terms in Vietnam and was a proud veteran.   He worked as a police officer for 2 years in Gary, Indiana, a correction officer in Texas, and a Head Cook in Terre Haute.  He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother, and 3 sisters.  He is survived by his wife Thresa Jones, 4 sons, 6 daughters, 1 sister, 1 brother, 15 grandchildren, and 2 great granddaughters.  Private services will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2021, in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 N. 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804.  Visitation will be from 9:30 am to 11:30 am at the funeral home on Saturday.
