Jack C Smith

Jack C. Smith, 87, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away May 23, 2020.  He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on April 13, 1933 to Willard Paul Smith and Opal (Williams) Smith.  Jack married Linda (Mills) Smith.  He volunteered, and was involved with Little League Baseball, Babe Ruth, Youth Football, Boys Club, and with Boy Scouts.  He is survived by his wife Linda Smith; son Mark Smith, his wife Mary; daughter Tracey Williams; grandchildren Kylee Williams, Kirsten Stohl (Tim), Michael Smith, Karoline Steele (Tyler), and Meghan Smith; great granddaughter Blakely Ann Steele; brother Frank Smith (Jean); brothers-in-law Mike Branson, Rick Branson; sisters-in-law Patti Branson and Penni Lawson.  Jack was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Jim Smith, Bill Smith, and Tom Smith; brothers-in-law Bill Mills and Ted Branson; and sister-in-law Vikki Bragg.  A celebration of life will be on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 5:30p.m. in Greiner Funeral Home.  Visitation will be on Tuesday, from 3:00p.m. until service time.  If friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made to VNA Hospice or Sacred Heart Church.
