Obituary

Jeremy Christopher Pounds, 47, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away April 28, 2023. He was born on May 10, 1975, to Charla Pounds. He graduated from Terre Haute North High School in 1993 and Vincennes University in 1995. He was a machinist by trade and had worked for Smith Aerospace, Advics, Asian Brake, and Taghleef. He loved drag racing with his best friends and car shows. He also loved working on the farm and traveling. Jeremy was preceded in death by his mother Charla Pounds and grandparents Charles and Rosemary Pounds. He is survived by his uncles Charles Pounds (Shirley), Patrick Pounds (Laura), and Kevin Pounds; aunt Melissa Correll; cousins Melinda Pounds, Jonathan (Joni) Pounds, and Sarah Pounds. Cremation was chosen. A celebration of life will be at a later date.
