John Duane Beecher

John Duane Beecher, 76, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away on December 15, 2025.  He was born on October 28, 1949, in Farmersburg, Indiana, to Robert Beecher and Irene (Shouse) Beecher.  John served in the United States Air Force.  He worked in the electrical field, retiring from Novelis.  John was a member of Mount Aetna Baptist Church, where he was very involved.  He was an avid golfer and also an avid Cardinals Fan.  John enjoyed watching television and watching sports with his children.  He was preceded in death by his parents; son Matthew Beecher; and twin sister Linda Willock.  John is survived by his wife Terri L. (Stephens) Beecher; son Andrew John Beecher (Corrie); grandchildren Layla, Ella, and Holland; siblings Mary Beecher, Donna King (Danny), Bob Beecher (Roseanna), and Tom Beecher; and many nieces and nephews.  A celebration of life will be on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at 5:30p.m. in Greiner Funeral Home.  Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4:30p.m. until service time.
