Juanita Charlene Dickerson Killen, 78 of Terre Haute, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care. She was born on October 26, 1945, in Little Rock Arkansas to Thurlo Leon Dickerson and Annie B (George) Dickerson Grayless. Juanita is survived by her daughters, Heather Little (Jeff) of Whiteland and Erin Denney (Glen Jr) of Terre Haute; 7 grandchildren, Chelsea Long (Dylan), Andrea Bates (Eric), Kirsten Plunkett (Evan), Amber Bauschek (Cayden), Megan Denney (Tommy), Ashlyn Little and Graham Little ll; 4 great grandchildren, Mackenzie Long, Kacie Long, Gracen Long and Kane Plunkett; brothers Henry Dickerson, Carl Dickerson (Lisa), Richard Dickerson (Brenda) Lonnie Dickerson, Harold Grayless Jr (Lisa) Sammy Joe; Sisters, Bonnie Davis, Nancy Dickerson-Scoggin Herrera and Brenda Kessinger; several cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Robert W. Killen; a brother Howard Dickerson; sister Laura Walls; brother-in-law Ronald Walls; stepfather Harold Grayless Sr; and former husband and father of her children Bennie Bensinger. Juanita loved the Lord,pre-Covid, she attended services at Cross Tabernacle in Terre Haute but recently was able to enjoy church online streamed by Grace Assembly of God in Greenwood Indiana.  Juanita enjoyed cooking, crocheting, spending time outside doing yard work and planting flowers but most of all she treasured the time she got to spend with family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, March 4, 2024, and services will start at 1 p.m. in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 N. 13 th St, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804. Pastor, son-in-law Jeff Little will officiate. Cremation to follow.
