Judianne Marie Rhoden

Judianne Marie Rhoden, 41, passed away on June 13, 2025, at IU University Hospital in
Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born on April 23, 1984, in Terre Haute.
Judianne was sharp-tongued, fiercely independent, and unfiltered to the end. She lived
a hard life, facing struggles with addiction and heartbreak, but she never lost her sense
of humor or her ability to love deeply—especially when it came to her kids, Gavin and
Finley Hamilton, who were everything to her.
For a time, Judianne worked in the medical field—a testament to the side of her that
wanted to help others, even when she was carrying her own pain.
She is survived by her children, Gavin and Finley; her parents, Kimberly and Bernie
Rhoden; her sisters, Brandi Pahl (Bryan) and Jordan Sanders (Charlie); her nephews,
Matthew, James, Teddy, and CJ (children of Brandi and Bryan), and Gideon (child of
Jordan and Charlie); her grandparents, Jeff (Patricia) Kennedy and Judy (Orville)
Tompkins; and a large extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Emma Jean and Bernard Rhoden,
and her aunt, Nancy Beel.
Judianne loved reading, spending time at the family cabin in South Carolina, and just
being with her kids. She didn’t pretend life was easy, and she didn’t fake who she was.
That honesty—sometimes rough, sometimes tender—is what people will remember
most.
She wasn’t perfect, but she was real. And she was loved.

Memorial Services are scheduled for Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 2:00p.m. in Greiner Funeral Home.  Visitation will be from 12:00p.m. until service time.
