Kay Eble

Kay Eble, 82, of Terre Haute, passed away Thursday November 12, 2020 in Union Hospital. Kay was born January 26, 1938 in Terre Haute to John R. Moseman and Katherine Price Moseman. She was a member of Daughters of the Nile and Riley American Legion Ladies Auxillary. She enjoyed difficult puzzles, watching butterflies, hummingbirds, and summers by the pool. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Carla Kay, her husband Carl, who passed away November 19, 2001, and a nephew Kevin Teays. She is survived by a son, Steve Eble (Tracie) of Riley and children, Shelbi Bridgewater and Jamie Neidlinger, a daughter, Staci Winning (Ritch Reynolds) also of Riley and children, Carly Winning and Nick Winning. Also surviving is a sister, Carol Teays (John) of Surprise, AZ., two great grandchildren, a niece, and her energetic pup, Willy T. A Celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.

A butterfly lights beside us like a sunbeam

And for a brief moment its glory

And beauty belong to our world

But then it flies again

And though we wish it could have stayed...

We feel lucky to have seen it
