Ladonna Rose (Nesbit) Johnson

Ladonna Rose Nesbit Johnson, 74, passed away Friday, May 28, 2021 in Deaconess Gateway Hospital with her family by her side.  She was born August 26, 1946 in Terre Haute, IN, to Donald and Lucille Barnes Nesbit. Donna was preceded in death by the love of her life, Donald Johnson, her parents, one brother, Larry Nesbit, and one granddaughter, Esther Voll.  She is survived by two daughters, Connie Wells and her husband John, of Fort Branch, IN, and Lori O’Connor and her husband John, of West Lafayette, IN, a son, Kevin Johnson and his wife Carmen of Coffeyville, KS, seven grandchildren, Lydia Bridgewater (Derrick), Johnathan Wells, Josua Johnson, Kourtney Johnson, John David O'Connor, Jennifer O'Connor and Joseph O'Connor, one great grandson, Logan Bridgewater, and another great grandbaby coming in December, two sisters; Gloria Mount and her husband Steve, and Coral Marhoum, one brother, Jerry Nesbit, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Donna loved making crafty things, and most importantly she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandson. She was really looking forward to the birth of the second great grandbaby. Her family would like to express their appreciation to Dr. Arruffat and all nurses and staff in the ICU department of Deaconess Gateway Hospital, and especially to the nurses, Devan and Vanessa for their compassion and support in their care for Donna.

 Memorial services for Donna will be Tuesday June 1st 2021, in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804, at 7 pm. A visitation will take place from 4 pm until service time at the funeral home on Tuesday.  Online condolences can be made at www.greinerfuneralhome.com
