Lela May Copeland

Lela May Copeland, 91, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away March 19, 2023.  She was born April 30, 1931, to Ross Myers and Goldie (Larison) Myers.  Lela enjoyed traveling and camping in Florida every winter. Loved mowing her grass. Attended Oak Hill Church. Her favorite TV shows were Wheel of Fortune, The Voice, Family Feud and The Price is Right.  She was preceded in death by her Husband: Gilbert (Shorty) Copeland; Parents; Brother Harold Myers; and Sister Lola Fay Agan. Lela is survived by Special Companion Bob Miller; Daughter Kimberly Copeland (Patrick); Grandson  Matt Baker (Arinn); Grandaughter Lyndsey Robertson; Great Grandson Cody Baker, Greyson and Avery; Great Grandaughters Makayla, Caydence, Cambree, and Laurean Rae; Great Great Great Grandson Caulder; Nieces Luann Hastings (Paul), Carolyn Burris (Garry); Nephews  Gary Myers (Kim), Darrell Myers (Dawne), Jeff Agan; Great Nieces: Dawn Wahl, Paula Clingerman (Rob), Amanda Pastorius (Codey), Angela Burris, Brittany Higginbotham, Brandi Benton,  and Lyndsey, Lauren and Liz; Great Nephews: Aaron Burris (Ruby), David Myers;  Several Great Great nieces, nephews, and 1 Great Great Great niece, Everly.  Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 1:00p.m. in Greiner Funeral Home.  Rev. Tim Fagg will officiate.  Burial will follow in Oakhill Cemetery.  Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday, from 11:00a.m. until service time.
