Lisa Lee Abrams

Lisa Lee Abrams, 64, of Terre Haute, passed away Sunday May 14, 2023 in her residence. Lisa was born on March 26, 1959 in Vincennes, IN. to Doyle Cofer and Vanita Myers Cofer. She was a graduate of North Knox High School where she was a former cheerleader and Prom Queen, she was also a graduate of Indiana State University earning a Bachelors of Science.  Lisa was a Senior Supervisor for Advics for 23 years. Lisa loved to work in her garden and was an avid reader and loved to travel. Lisa loved her friends and worked at maintaining relationships that she had for her entire life. Most importantly, she loved her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Rick Abrams whom she married April 26, 1980. She is survived by one daughter, Jami Leitch (Nathan) of Terre Haute and a son, Josh Abrams (Danielle) of Brazil, IN. She is survived by one brother, John Cofer of Indianapolis, IN. and a sister, Karen Taylor (Bob) of Key West, FL. She is survived by grandchildren; Jaylee Leitch, Brynn Abrams, Maddox Abrams and Kynslee Leitch as well and many nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends. Services are Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, IN. 47804. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday at the Funeral Home. Pastor Ron Riggs will be officiating. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, that contributions be made to the Abrams/Leitch Education Fund in Memory of Lisa Abrams at First Financial Bank, envelopes will be available at the Funeral Home.
