Naomi Maxine Potter

Naomi Maxine Potter, 95, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away May 7, 2023.  She was born July 24, 1927 in Anderson, Indiana, to Sherman Campbell and Alna (Watkins) Campbell.  Naomi retired from General Motors after many years.  She was a member Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses  She was a Bible student.  After retirement, she enjoyed sewing, making crafts, watching her favorite old movies and being a homemaker.  She is survived by her daughter Teresa Jenkins(Don) daughter in law Jo-Ann Potter grandchildren Zach, Aaron, Angie, Amanda(Jake)Baugus Brett (Wendy)Padgett, Joshua (Heather)Padgett Michael(Mechelle)Padgett and Tessa (Todd) Jackson grandchildren Blake, Lanie, Kane, Gavin, and Ava; 2 great great grandchildren; sister Joan Houser special niece Abby Herrington; and several other nieces and nephews.  Naomi is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Raymond Porter; son Michael Potter; granddaughter Lindsey; and siblings Deloris, Sherman, John, Dwayne, Billy, and Hope.  Cremation has been chosen, and a private Celebration of Life will be held at a later time.
