Paul Michael "Mike" Sheeley

Paul Michael “Mike” Sheeley, 61, of Terre Haute, passed away May 14, 2019 at 12:04 pm.  He was born July 15, 1957 to Paul Furnace Sheeley and Margaret Marie Sanders Sheeley in Terre Haute, Indiana. Mike was a very involved member at Maryland Community Church, he was active in teaching the men’s fraternity class and men’s ministries.  He was the Terre Haute Regional Director for Relevant Practical Ministries for Men.  He worked for Troyer’ Foods as a District Sales Manager.  He started working as a route salesman starting with orange juice and climbing the latter all the way to district sales manager.  He married his wife Karen on April 27, 2007.  Mike loved going to auctions, and he was very passionate about cars, he was a true car guy.  He is preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Ronald Keith Sheeley.  He is survived by his wife Karen, his daughter, Megan Sheeley- Hill (Chuck), sons Chris Longest (Allison), and Ryan Longest (Katrina), a sister in law, Donna Sheeley, grandchildren, Braden, Zachary, and Eleanor Longest, nieces and nephews, Melissa Matson (Paul), Ryan Sheeley, Danielle Brooking (Kyle), great nieces and nephews, Philip and Patric Matson, Rylan Sheeley, and Karrick and Leilani Brooking.  Services for Mike will be Saturday May 18, 2019 at 1 pm in Maryland Community Church, 4700 S. Highway 46, Terre Haute, IN, 47802.  Visitation will be Friday May 17, 2019 from 4 pm until 7 pm at the church, and on Saturday 11 am until service time at 1 pm.  Vince McFarland will officiate.  Memorial contributions can be made to Maryland Community Church or the Relevant Practical Ministries for Men.
