It is with great sadness we announce the parting of a dear good hearted man who left this earth to be with the Lord, Randy Lee Peebles was born April 17, 1969 to his biological parents, Father Cleo Weaver and Mother Wanda Weaver of Terre Haute, Indiana both deceased.
Randy was given up for adoption at a young age to his adoptive parents Father Charlie Peebles and Mother Ruth Peebles of Terre Haute, Indiana, both deceased. Randy also had brothers and sisters from his biological parents, Bob Weaver, Rick Weaver, Leo Weaver, Billy Weaver, and Ronnie Weaver, deceased.
Randy’s adoptive family of brothers and sisters Charlie Peebles, Gary Herman, Ruth Ann Long, deceased, Judy Brock, deceased, and Bonnie Peebles, deceased.
Randy Peebles also raised a family during his life. His only daughter Stephanie Ellinger is surviving, along with his grandchildren Hayven Luttrell, Kamiley Luttrell, and Doyne Luttrell. Randy is also survived by his girlfriend Mary Clark. He has friends surviving Cari Riggs, Chip and Anna Pridemore, Leeza Pridemore, Larry Boswell, and many others that are just as special and dear to him that may not have been mentioned.
Randy’s life consisted of many things, in particular, he graduated from North Vigo High School class of 1989. After high school, Randy pursued a career in Automotive Car Parts Manufacturing for International Automotive and Components of Greencastle, Indiana for 16 years.
In Randy’s retirement years he enjoyed fishing and camping in the outdoors, riding motorcycles, playing golf, and being a good grandfather.
The Family of Randy Peebles would also like to extend a special thank you to the following: Saint Vincent Healthcare of Indiana, Terre Haute Regional Hospital, and Staff of VNA Healthcare, Heart to Heart Hospice and staff, also to the many unnamed caregivers who looked after Randy we humbly give your thanks.
In conclusion Randy Peebles wanted to give a final message to those readers of his obituary in regards to life and living. Randy stated, “Always remember don’t take any day for granted, Live each and every day as if it is your last, and above all Love one Another.” AMEN
Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday, July 20, 2025, in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana 47803, at 11:00a.m. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday, July 19, 2025, from 4:00p.m. until 8:00p.m.
