Rebecca Sue Gregory

Rebecca Sue (Wilson) Gregory 72 of Franklin,IN formerly of Terre Haute passed away January 11, 2025 in her daughter's home where she resided for many years.

Becky was born December 20, 1952 in Beech Grove, IN to Ray & Dorothy Skelly. She was adopted by Evelyn & Tom Wilson at the age of four and was raised in Louisville, Ky. Then spent much of her adult life in Terre Haute. 

Becky leaves behind her daughters Debi (Tim) Beddow and Tracey (Randy) Higgins. Grandchildren: Destiny (Michael), Cortney, Robby, Kylee, Damien, Autumn, Robert (Mary) and Dillon. Great-grandchildren: Tyler, Mikey, Emma, Parker, Hadley, Elizabeth, Evelyn, Gemma & Pia. Surviving siblings: Tony (Becky), Robert, Sandy, Ginny and Harry Dale and numerous nieces and nephews. Her best friend of 40 plus years, Annetta Boes also survives her 

Becky was proceeded in death by her son Bobby Ranney, her parents, and siblings David, Carol, Cheryl, Patty, and George.

Becky retired from Terre Haute Housing Authority and IUPUI.

 Becky felt very fortunate to have lived with Tracey's family the last 25 years and being present to watch. Damien, Autumn & Dillon grow up. She shared a very special Gigi bond with Elizabeth and Evelyn.  

Becky was resilient, determined, hard working, funny and had a big heart for those less fortunate often offering them shelter. She overcame so many obstacles in her life and she was deeply loved & will be greatly missed.
