Richard Leon Bell ll

Richard "Rick" Bell II was born to Richard Leon Bell and Melinda Jane Hart on October 21, 1972. Richard was preceded in death by his mother Melinda Thoms, his father Richard Bell, his stepfather Carl John Thoms JR, and his wife Kendra Hazlett. He is survived by his Daughter Shania Bell (Ronnie Bennett), sister Gretchen Thoms (Chris Gouker), Carl Thoms III (Loretta Wells) grandchildren Damian, Sandy, and Everly, his nieces Alexis Gouker, Alivia Gouker, and Avienne Gouker and his nephews Jason Thoms and Noah Thoms and many uncles, aunts and cousins.

 Rick was full of integrity, compassion and bravery. He mostly enjoyed time with his grandchildren and his daughter. Rick was into fitness even though the boundaries that was set up him in younger years. He was artistic and loved to draw. 

 Rick is going to be missed by many.

Almighty God, we rejoice in your promise of love, joy and peace. In your mercy turn the darkness of death into the dawn of new life, and the sorrow of parting into the joy of heaven; through our Saviour Jesus Christ, who died, rose again and lives for evermore. Amen.

On Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Martin's event spot, 1100 South 13 1/2 St, memorial services will be 2:00p.m. until 4:00p.m.  A celebration of life will be directly after until 7:00p.m.
