Richard Harvey Henk

Richard Harvey Henk, 81 of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away February 10, 2018.  He was born January 2, 1937 in Cook County, Illinois to Albert Henk and Edna Frankenburg.  Richard enjoyed fishing, building things, NASACR, the Cubs, and ice hockey. Richard was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife Barbara Joanne Henk; second wife Gertie Irene Henk; 2 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.  He is survived by his children Debbie Higginbotham (Joe), Dickie Henk, Timmy Henk (Sheila), Tammy Schneider (Jim), Robbin Timmons, Sharon Schultz (Jeff), Cindy McCord (Doug), Ronnie Henk, Kim Rust, Daniel Henk, Bunny DeMers, Ricky Henk (Sarah), Jeffery Henk (Lola),  Sue Blair (Ted), Deborah Porter (Greg), Daniel Brooks (Tammy), Donna Doyle (Bill),and Doris Crone (Richard); 37 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; and 12 great great grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 12:00p.m. in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804.  Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.  Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday, from 10:00a.m. until service time.  Online condolences may be made at www.greinerfuneralhome.com
