Ronnie Albert Rosselli, of Terre Haute, passed onto the Lord at 7:04 AM Friday, March 12, 2021. Ronnie was born September 26, 1935 to Albert and Trillis Rosselli of Terre Haute, Indiana. A 12 year veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars, as a Staff Sargent in the United States Air Force. He was first stationed at Tachikawa Air base just outside of Tokyo, Japan, Kelly Airforce base, San Antonio, Texas, and Wright Patterson Airbase Dayton, Ohio. A retired Captain, Terre Haute Fire department.
Survivors include; wife Alice Rosselli, sons, Bruce Rosselli (Cheryl), Rex Rosselli (Rose), Johnny Rosselli (Amy), Jeff Rosselli. Eight grandchildren, Shawn, Shannon, John, Kelsey, Paige, Tony, Cole, Danielle Anderson (Tim) and one grandchild, Ripen Anderson. He was preceded in death by his father, Albert and mother, Trillis and stepfather John Kutchan.
Ronnie was a member of the Northside Community United Methodist Church. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #19, Zorah Shrine Temple, Shrine Antique Auto Club, former member of Terre Haute York Rite, Vermillion County Scottish Rite and Wabash Valley Western Riders. He was also an avid outdoorsman, played and coached sports and loved watching his grandchildren play various athletics. Ronnie was a quarterback, kicker and punter, while in the military.
Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at 1:00p.m. in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. Pastor Clark Cowden will officiate. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 11:00a.m. until service time.
