Sarah Ann (Ford) Bennett

Sarah Ann Bennett 72 of Terre Haute passed away April 17, 2021, at Regional Hospital. Born on April 8th 1949, in Terre Haute, IN. She was the daughter of Willie Oscar Ford and Bertha Iona Taylor Ford. She retired as a cook from Westminster Village. Sarah was loving and devoted mother who is loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Survivors include longtime boyfriend Bill Cheesman of Terre Haute and 6 children; Sons; Larry Bennett, Joey Bennett, Kenny Cheesman, Billy Cheesman and Tabby Nicholson; Daughters; Debbie and husband Shawn McClain, Jamie Cheesman and Jason Mack; Grandchildren, Emma Bennett, Logan Bennett, Brayden Bennett, Jacklyn Paige Slover, Daniel McClain, Chance Sluder, Cameron Sluder, Mariah Cheesman, Cody Cheesman, Brooklyn Cheesman, Sarah Cheesman, , Austin Cheesman, Maddie Nicholson, Dylan Cheesman, Billy Cheesman, Zayla Cheesman; Great Grandchildren; Iveigh Sluder, Houstyn Sluder, Karson Scank, Ella Slover; Sisters, Jenny Mikolajczyk, Nancy and Dave Lindsey; sister-in-law, Liz Ford, Nancy Ford; Brothers, John and Kathy Ford of Nebraska, Paul and Debbie Ford, Jim Ford; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Brothers, Chuck Ford, Richard Ford, Bill Ford; and sisters, Catherine Biggs, Ellen Lawrie, and Jackie Lynn Cheesman.

Memorial services for Sarah will be Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 3 pm in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804. Visitation will be 1 pm until service time at the funeral home Tuesday. Pastor Janice Smith will officiate. Cremation will follow services.
