Saundra Mae Wright

Saundra Mae Wright, 74 , of Sullivan, Indiana, passed away August 24, 2020.  She was born, June 21, 1946, in Bennetsville, South Carolina to Russell Koons and Muriel (Rice) Koons.  She attended Abundant Grace House of Prayer in Sullivan, Indiana.  She is survived by her daughters Lisa Day (Gary Perkins) and Tammy Pearison (Jimmy); grandchildren Justin Day ( Jessica), Jordan Dudley (Gabriella), Trenton Dudley (Rachel), Dylan Day (Veronica Elkins), Chelsey Day , and Katelyn Day (Amber); great grandchildren Jaci, Jordyn, Jensen, Brooke, Isabella, Leland, Vivian, Rogan, and Benjamin, siblings Peggy Hall, Judy Hart, Annie Rouse, and Ray Koons.  She was preceded in death by her parents and infant sister Joyce Elizabeth. In honoring Saundra’s wishes, cremation has been chosen.  A celebration of life will be on Saturday, August 29, 2020 Saturday August 29th from 4:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. at Sullivan County Park and Lake at North Beach Pavillion.  The family has requested facemask to be worn during the celebration. Greiner Funeral Home has been entrusted with care and arrangements.
