Sharon Rose Ellinger went to Heaven on February 17, 2021. She was born March 15, 1949 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Charles William Ellinger Sr. and Betty Lorraine Hooker Ellinger. She is proceeded in death by her father Charles “Charlie” William Ellinger Sr.; brothers Charles William “Pune” Ellinger Jr, and Mark Allen Ellinger; sister Edith Ann Jenkins; nephew Joey William Ellinger; and niece Kathy Ann Melvin. She is survived by her two sons Terry Ellinger and Melvin Scott; daughter Lilly Kay Robinson (Tommy); grandchildren Brandon Arney, Makayla Arney, James Wooten, Tyler Cramer, and Patlin Zirkle; great grandchild Amilyn Sabine Arney; sisters Linda Southard, Rebecca McCurry, Ella Lowe, Penny Bauer, Blanche Rasor, and Alberta Budd all of Terre Haute, Indiana. Also several nieces and nephews. Her occupation was housekeeping where she worked at Wallace nursing home/Westridge, Royal Oaks, Union Hospital, and finally Meadows Manor East, where she retired from. She became a member of the Eagels and Post 104 where she enjoyed playing BINGO and listening to live bands. She also enjoyed karaoke and had a love for anything Elvis. Memorial services are scheduled for Saturday, March 20, 2021, in Greiner Funeral Home, at 4:00p.m. Visitation will be from 2:00p.m. until service time.
