Stephen David Kellams

Stephen David Kellams, born March 24, 1992 in Terre Haute, Indiana, was killed in a motorcycle accident on April 14, 2023. Stephen was loved and cherished by his son Jase Taylor Kellams age 10 and daughter Haizlea Rose Kellams age 3; Mother, Brandi Kellams Grandma, "Mumbo" Jeri Doty; Grandpa, Dave Kellams & wife Carol; Special Aunt, Joy Davis and Special Aunt, Donna Schopmeyer.

Stephen was blessed with brothers Josh Hobson and Dylan Davis and sister Brittany Hobson; former wife Samantha Kellams & her daughter Aubree, and Sam Mitchell and her children Liam and Korah and best childhood friends Dylan Carter, Macie Richey and Shawni Bailey. Stephen will be missed tremendously by his many dear friends he worked with, rode with, and played with, too numerous to mention, but no less cherished. As well as a large extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him. He was preceded in death by his special Grandpa "Jumbo" Kenny Doty, and best friend Brandon Nally.

Stephen was a Directional Drill Operator with multiple companies in the area, and a member of the Operating Engineers Union. Stephen worked hard and played harder. He loved riding motorcycles, big trucks and anything else fast. His beautiful boy and precious daughter were the highlights of his life.

There will be a Celebration of Life in Stephen's honor on Saturday April 22, 2023 from 12pm to 5pm at Ambro's OMG Bar and Grill located at 14th and Wabash in Terre Haute. Food and soft drinks will be provided and a cash bar available. We invite any friends of Stephen, Jase, Brandi and Jeri from work, school, theater, neighborhood, etc, to join us for this occasion. It will mean the world to us. Children welcome and encouraged.
