Tammy Jo Fields, 55, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away April 5, 2019. She was born on July 26, 1959, in Terre Haute, Indiana, to Bernard Walker and Norma Louise (Mitchel) Walker. Tammy worked at Indiana State University. She was a hard worker. Tammy was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents. Tammy is survived by her daughters Carrie Fields and Brandy Fields; 11 grandchildren; and brothers Jeff Fields and Brian Morris. In honoring her wishes, the family has chosen cremation.
