Thomas Charles Williams

Thomas Charles Williams Passed away on December 30, 2021 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute Indiana at 12:34 pm.

Thomas was born on 27 September 1958 in Chicago, IL to Joan Irene Riddle and William Howard Williams, both were from Asheville, NC. Thomas was raised in Waynesville NC by his mother and Stepfather Homer Bradley.

Thomas joined the navy in 1978 and was an Air Rescue Hospital Corpsman.  Thomas saved multiple lives during his Naval Career. After Retiring from the United States Navy Thomas became a Semi Truck driver.  He loved the freedom of the road and driving his Peterbilt. Thomas was known as “Ice-Man” by all his trucking friends.

Surviving Thomas are his 3 Children:

Tara Joan Williams and her Partner Ariel Poff of Terre Haute, IN.

Whitney Christine King and her Husband Michael Smart and grandson Grayson Smart of Terre Haute, IN

Christopher Lee Williams of Streetsboro, OH

His Nephew Bradley Ledford and Great Niece Peyton Ledford of Waynesville, NC

His ex-wife Denise Elaine King of Terre Haute, IN, they were friends to the end.

Thomas was proceeded in death by his parents, his brother Blane Lee Williams, stepfather Homer Bradley, his stepsister Brenda Kay Bradley, and her husband Howell Junior Ledford.
