Tommy Gene Wallace

On April 11, 2022, Tommy Gene Wallace passed away at the age of 78.

Tom was born November 13, 1943 to Parker and Vivian Wallace. Tom served in the U. S. Army in Korea during the Vietnam War. He worked at the Air National Guard base in Terre Haute, Indiana before meeting Norma Jean Thompson. Tom and Norma were married April 13, 1968. They raised one son, Shawn. Tom then hired onto the railroad as an engineer and retired 34 years later.

Tom was passionate about painting and golf. He also enjoyed serving in church and with local children's ministries.

Tom was preceded in death by his father, Parker, his mother, Vivian, and his wife, Norma, and brother, Glenn Wallace. He is survived by his son, Shawn, and brother, Harold Wallace.

Visitation for Tom will be held on 4/19 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 N 13th St, Terre Haute, IN 47804. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your local Humane Shelter or the Clay County Humane Society, 8280 N County Rd 125 W #7535, Brazil, IN 47834.
