Travis Richardson II Obituary


Travis Lee Richardson II, 27, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away in Union Hospital on February 13, 2021.  He was born December 19, 1993 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Travis Richardson and Michelle (McCowen) Richardson.  Travis was loved by all who knew hom.  He was the life of the party.  Travis worked at Walmart on 46 as an overnight stocker.  Travis is survived by his parents; maternal grandmother Elizabeth McCowen; paternal grandmother Mary Richardson; brother Brandon Richardson (Haley); very special nieces Anna –lee and Ava Richardson; special cousins who were more like siblings Justin Caffee, Zachary Caffee, and Breauna Caffee; special grandfather Donald Walls; aunts Cashapoteet, Jerri Henderson (Brian) Mary Place (Shawn), Michele Richardson; uncles Jerry Richardson (Sam), Billy Richardson (Keri), Terry Higgins (Becca), James McCowen (Tamara); lots of cousins; his Walmart family and a host of friends.  Travis was proceeded in death by his grandfather’s James Herman McCowen, Jerry Wayne Richardson; cousin Courtney Richardson; and special friend Larry “Moose” Hutchinson.  A celebration of life will be at 1:00p.m. Saturday, February 20th at Terre Haute Church of God, located at the corner of Greenwood and Thompson.  Visitation will be from 11:00a.m. until 1:00p.m.  Reverend Carl Hedden will officiate.  The family has entrusted care and arrangements to Greiner Funeral Home.
