William "Bill" E. Bagley

William “Bill” E. Bagley, 71, of Terre Haute, passed away on October 17, 2020. He was born April 16, 1949 in Decatur, Illinois to Willis Bagley and Virginia Lanter Bagley.  Bill worked for 16 years at J.I. Case, and most recently for Airgas as an office manager.  He enjoyed watching westerns and the Andy Griffith Show.  Bill loved his Ford Mustang, like a child. He enjoyed travelling especially to Gatlinburg, Tennessee. He loved fishing, and woodworking.  He and his wife would visit casinos all over the country. 

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Tracy Bagley, and a brother Gary Bagley. 

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Jeanne Bagley (m. 6/29/1968), his son, William Bagley II and his husband Phil Tuck of Bethel, Connecticut, daughters; Kim Trierweiler and her husband Matt, and Rebecca Hall and her husband Glen, a brother, Irvin Bagley and his wife Kathy, sisters; Deanna Evinger and her husband Tom, and Ellen Dial, and a sister-in-law, Marilyn Bagley, grandchildren, Brooke, Paige, Drew, Olivia, Hannah, Aaron, and Kerrington, great grandchildren; Hudson, and Colt, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and several grand dogs.

Services for Bill will be Sunday, October 25, 2020 at 3 pm in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804.  A gathering of friends and family will take place from 1 pm until service time on Sunday.  The family will be requiring masks be worn to attend services.  The family wishes to give Southern Care Hospice special thanks for their care and compassion.  Online condolences can be made at www.greinerfuneralhome.com
