February 24, 1941 ~ December 9, 2017 (age 76) 76 Years Old

Kenneth Virgil Campbell Jr., 76 of Clinton, passed away December 9 2017, at home surrounded by his family.  Born February 24, 1941, in Terre Haute to the late Kenneth Virgil Campbell Sr. and Mary Elizabeth (Poore ) Campbell. He served in the Army National Guard in the 438th Chemical Co. He retired from Pillsbury Corporation in Terre Haute.  He then went on to deliver papers for the Tribune Star for many years.  He is preceded in death by his parents, an infant sister, Mary, and his step-daughter Susan Schwartz. He is survived by his wife Mary A. Campbell, two sons, Kenneth Virgil III (Penny) of Brazil, and Kevin Thomas (Mary) of St. Bernice, and one step-daughter Terry Cottom of Terre Haute, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.  One brother, Alvin Campbell (Jeaneen) of St. Cloud, Florida and one sister, Mickie Davis (Paul) of Terre Haute. Kenny graduated from Honey Creek High School in 1959.  He liked tinkering in his shop and blacksmithing.  He owned Skylark Amusement Rentals. Visitation will be at Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804, on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from 10:00a.m. until 12:00p.m., with the service beginning at 12:00p.m. Mark Grayless will officiate.  Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the family for future expenses.
